OTTAWA — 30-year-old Adam Heenan of Ottawa was arrested on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment, dui, reckless driving and no insurance yesterday. Lt. Adam Weingartner said two people reported a drunk driver going along Cedar Street Wednesday afternoon. Weingartner said an officer found a two-year-old child in the vehicle.
