OTTAWA–The local Red Cross collected 76 units of blood during its recent blood drive at the Kansas Guard Armory. Coordinator Joe Rich says it fell short of the goal, but it was 76 units of blood more on hand over what there was before the drive. The next blood drive will occur in late January.
