OTTAWA — A H1N1 swine flu and seasonal flu clinic will be 4 to 7 Thursday evening at the county commission room at the annex. Franklin County health director Midge Ransom said the swine flu vaccinations are free and there’s a special deal of $15 for seasonal flu vaccinations, cash or Medicare. The seasonal flu is coming and the swine flu has been coming in waves and a third wave will be here next spring, she said.
