WARSAW, Mo. — The court case of a Garnett man accused in a triple homicide of a Missouri family has been delayed until March 3. The preliminary hearing of 45-year-old Robert Blurton has been put on hold until a Missouri judge rules on a defense motion. Blurton’s attorneys want state crime lab workers to testify rather than just submit written reports as evidence. Blurton is charged with killing his uncle and aunt and their granddaughter in central Missouri last summer.
