OTTAWA — After more than three years, Ottawa University basketball coach Andy Carrier has resigned as dean of student affairs. Carrier said it’s difficult to juggle both being head basketball coach and serving as dean and he said it was best for the university to have a full-time person in each position. Tom Taldo, assistant dean of students and assistant athletic director, will serve as interim dean.
