KANSAS CITY — The 2010 Census road show is coming to Kansas City next Monday. The Census Bureau wants to remind citizens to complete and mail back the Census form this March. That’s a message that cash-strapped local and state governments are also preaching. Information from the Census is used to apportion seats in Congress and distribute federal funding. The Census Road Tour will be 10 a.m. Monday at the National Archives, 400 W. Pershing Rd., Kansas City, Mo. Besides getting an advance peek at Census questions, you can qualify for prizes and record your personal history in one of two Portrait of America video kiosks.
