OTTAWA–If you live on a gravel road, it could be a few days before it gets opened up. Franklin County Emergency Director Alan Radcliffe says road grader crews are working 12 hour shifts or more to clear roads. Even if the winds die down, Radcliffe says people should not call the county to complain that their road is snowed in…he says it could Monday or Tuesday before everything is cleared.
