GARNETT — Garnett has a new Italian restaurant — Bellini’s Italian Café. Co-owner Victor Garcia is a chef with 30 years’ experience who wanted to open his own place and saw a sign at the Sherwood Inn Motel in Garnett. He and his brother and his partner and his brother are operating the restaurant, keeping costs low while offering Country Club Plaza-style cuisine.
