OTTAWA — The third house fire in Franklin County in two days sent Ottawa firefighters to the 400 block of East Logan Monday afternoon. The eastbound lanes of K-68 were blocked about an hour as firefighters dealt with the smoke. Neighbor Mo Seylani said the fire trucks and police arrived almost immediately. He says he talked to the landlord who told him that new carpet was being installed in the house. No one was injured.
