OTTAWA — Maybe it was too good to pass up. But a 1992 Lincoln Continental stolen from the 400 block of South Oak Sunday isn’t going to be passing any other vehicle any day soon. The owner who reported the theft to Ottawa police also reported that the Lincoln wasn’t in drivable condition.
