OTTAWA — Ottawa police are investigating another walk-in theft occurring Tuesday at a residence in the 700 block of West Second Street. An Ottawa woman reported that items were stolen. The city has seen a series of thefts in which the burglars walked into houses or grabbed items from unlocked vehicles. Franklin County Crime Stoppers says if you know something about this crime or any crime committed in Franklin County, you should call crime stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS and qualify for a reward of up to $1,000. Callers can remain anonymous.
