GARNETT — The Anderson County USD 365 school board has cut another administrative position and is preparing for more personnel cuts, depending on how much money the state trims from public education. USD 365 superintendent Don Blome told the Anderson County Review that the district has already absorbed $131,000 in cuts last year and expects to take another $265,000 hit this year. The board eliminated the director of maintenance position and Blome saids his duties will be absorbed by other administrators. He said the cut will save around $50,000. To prepare for other cuts, the board has started reviewing its reduction in force policy for teachers.
