OTTAWA — A national hospital reviewer has given Ransom Memorial Hospital its top five-star rating. It’s the fourth time in five years the hospital has gotten the rating from the Cleverly rating system, said hospital CEO Larry Felix. The rate is based on patient care, the cost of care and financial health, he said.
