BURLINGTON — A Williamsburg man convicted of stealing from area pharmacies has been sentenced to more than two years in prison.  Thirty-year-old Justin Smith was sentenced to 25 months for stealing medical supplies and prescription drugs from Allegre Rexall Drugs in Lebo and the Coffey County Medical Clinic in Waverly.  In addition to the prison term, Smith must pay more than $3,200 in restitution.  Allegre Rexall Drugs is owned by Peter Allegre, brother of Ottawan Bill Allegre.  A second defendant in the case is due to be sentenced in February.
