OTTAWA — Jerry Thompson of Loyd Builders has been named this year’s Russell Crites Award-winner and Ransom Memorial Hospital has been received the Community Builder Award at the annual meeting of the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Saturday evening. Janet Slifer received the Ambassador Award and Russ and Sandy Sylvester received the Quarterly Image Award.
