APPANOOSE — Bobby and Sheila Anderson, Appanoose, will be among those honored by the Franklin County Conservation District Thursday night with the Bankers Award for good conservation practices. Sheila Anderson said her husband has done the terraces, waterways and other work himself, working during his spare time, evenings and weekends over the years. He has been at it for many years, she added. They raise cattle, meat goats, corn and soybeans.
