OTTAWA — There will be a new addition to the city’s on-going study of storm-water runoff – students of the Youth in Government program. The city commission often asks the students to help on some issues. The students have been working on proposals for rain barrels and rain gardens to catch rain water and they’ve been asked to help incorporate their ideas into the master storm water plan.
