OTTAWA — H1N1 swine flu may have disappeared but Franklin County health director Midge Ransom said it could come back and health experts are keeping an eye out for it. About 20 percent of the population has been vaccinated and that might be enough to dampen another break, she said. However, it’s ironic that seasonal flu has yet to make an appearance, she said.
