LAWRENCE — Two experts in federal Indian law will speak Thursday at the 14th annual Tribal Law and Government conference at the Kansas University School of Law and the next day at the 10th annual Native Nations Law Symposium at the Prairie Band Casino and Resort in Mayetta. Robert Miller is a member of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma and of the Lewis and Clark Law School. Sarah Krakoff is dean of the University of Colorado Law School. They’ll speak from 2 to 4 Thursday at Green Hall at KU. The KU conference and the Prairie Band symposium are held in conjunction with one another. To register, go on-line at www.law.ku.edu. The cost is $25 for non-students.
