OSAWATOMIE — Osawatomie High School junior Jesse Adams has returned from a school in Venezuela she attended last fall as a Rotary exchange student. She attended school on the island of Pampatar. She told the Osawatomie Journal that she spent Christmas sunning and swimming on the beach where temperatures were about 80. Her visit was enlivened by power outages, political instability and unexpected tropical rains.
