OTTAWA — A former Wellsville High School teacher has pleaded guilty to having sex with a high-school student. 30-year-old Jeb Clements changed his plea earlier this week in Franklin County District Court. He resigned in April. Sentencing will be April 12. His $15,000 bond has been extended.
