OTTAWA — The Ottawa police has received a second report this week of a house burglary. A 50-year-old Ottawa man said someone entered his home in the 500 block of South Locust Street Wednesday and took an item. The city has seen a spate of house burglaries in recent months. Franklin County Crime Stoppers says if you know something about this crime or any crime committed in Franklin County, you should call crime stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS. Callers can receive a reward and remain anonymous.
