OTTAWA — The cause of the fire at an apartment house at 315-B East Ninth St. Friday night remains under investigation although Ottawa assistant fire chief Richard Oglesby said the fire had a human origin. He said the fire caused approximately $1,500 in damage to a front door, jamb and part of the ceiling. No was injured. One occupant was displaced.
