OTTAWA — Franklin County Commissioner Don Stottlemire said the county should join the city of Ottawa and the Ottawa school district in applying for a federal grant from economic stimulus funds for an energy audit. He discussed the application with county administrator Lisa Johnson at the commission meeting Wednesday. She said she had already contacted other government officials and has been working on an application.
