OTTAWA — Ottawa police received two more reports of broken windows at Ottawa businesses Wednesday. Police said windows were broken at a rental business in the 100 block of West 15th Street and at the Bank of the West at Seventh and Main. For the last few months, vandals have been using a slingshot to damage windows at businesses along major Ottawa streets. Franklin County Crime Stoppers said if you know something about this crime or any crime committed in Franklin County, you should call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS. Callers can receive a reward and remain anonymous.
