OTTAWA — Ransom Memorial Hospital will have a party next week. Hospital staffers and doctors will celebrate the hospital’s Five-Star rating given it by the national Cleverly hospital ratings service, said hospital CEO Larry Felix. Felix gave his annual report to Franklin County commissioners Wednesday. He said RMH has received the Five Star rating four out of the last five years for patient satisfaction and financial condition.
