OTTAWA — The city could be one of the first to buy and install a new Main Street historical placque. Commissioners discussed it at their meeting Monday afternoon and expect to vote on it Wednesday evening. The city would buy one and install it at the Carnegie Cultural Center, said city manager Richard Nienstedt.
