OTTAWA — Pizza Time has asked the city for a new beer license. What’s different is where the license – and Pizza Time – going. The pizza restaurant is moving from the 100 block of South Main Street across the street and down one block to 208 S. Main Street to a larger space. The city commission will vote on the beer license Wednesday night.
