OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission agreed to a new beer license to Pizza Time Wednesday night. Pizza Time is changing its beer license because it’s changing location across the street and up into the 200 block of South Main in the building formerly occupied by Henry T’s and Nigel’s.
