KINCAID — A group wants to turn the abandoned Kincaid school building into a commun|ity center. Kincaid High School graduate Ann Donaldson saidthe building is owned by an out-of-state man who bought it in hopes of starting a business but changed his mind. Donaldson told the Anderson County rRview that the owner has offered to give the building to the city for as a tax write-off. She said the city could move its offices and the nutrition site to the building. The group thinks a library and a community room could be created in the school building.
