OTTAWA — Ninety-four girls from nine high schools and eight counties were able to select from more than 300 formal dresses for the third annual Prom Boutique. Ottawa Volunteer Center’s Lisa Rivers calls the Prom Boutique a great success. She said dresses were donated by the community, and area businesses and consultants provided prizes, money and services for the event and the girls were happy.
