TOPEKA–A former Osage City Councilman has pleaded guilty to Child Pornography charges in Federal Court in Topeka. 27 year old Jason Croucher pleaded guilty to two counts of Receiving or Distributing Child Pornography, and one count of Possessing Child Pornography. Sentencing is set for December 20. Croucher could get a maxiumum sentence of 50 years in prison and a fine of up to $750,000. Croucher was arrested by the FBI last June. He resigned as an Osage City Councilman in July 2009 without giving a reason.
