LAWRENCE– Lawrence police are investigating a crash that left a woman dead Thursday morning. Police said a Jeep broadsided a Nissan at the intersection of Inverness Drive and Clinton Parkway about 1:30 a.m., killing the driver of the car. The driver of the Jeep suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital, police said. They also said they are not certain who was at fault, the investigation continues.
