OTTAWA — The Ottawa school board approved a bid for more work at Eugene Field School at their meeting Monday night. The school’s exterior was tuck-pointed and brickwork was repaired. Replacing the guttering on the school is the final step in preventing leaks into the building, said Supt. Dean Katt. The low bid was $6,750. Work should start soon, he said.
