OTTAWA — A Halloween night’s tale. The treat – a fat purse. The trick – the Franklin County jail. Phillip Guyle, 19, Pomona; got a fast trip to the jail after Ottawa police spotted him running fast from the area of the north Dairy Queen. A 16-year-old Ottawa girl told police that her purse was taken out of her parked vehicle late Sunday night while she was working at the Dairy Queen. Guyle is being held on suspicion of burglary of a motor vehicle.
