GARNETT — The trout will be out at Garnett’s Crystal Lake on the south side of the city. The lake is scheduled to be stocked with at the end of the week. The city’s trout season goes through April 15. Anglers must have state trout permits and fishing licenses to fish at the lake. Anglers 15 and younger may fish for trout without a permit as long as they don’t catch more than two trout per day.
