SALINA — The 2nd Battalion of the 130th Field Artillery of the Kansas National Guard will have a change of command ceremony Saturday afternoon at Salina. The unit includes Guard members based in the Ottawa armory. Lt. Col. Christopher Burr will succeed Lt. Col. John Rueger, who has been commander for five years.
