OTTAWA — The newest winner of the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce’s Quarterly Image Award is Julie Jensen, Ransom Memorial Hospital social worker. The nomination forms note that she has as a source of community information and help, and started a loan closet for people who can’t afford medical equipment.
