OTTAWA — Ottawa youngsters took pen and keyboard in hand to tell what they would do if they were mayor. The city held a contest on “If I Were Mayor” and city manager Richard Nienstedt said the results are always interesting and sometimes pretty informative. Because the entries will be sent to a district school contest, the results will be made public in January.
