OTTAWA — Killough Construction will begin paving 15th Street between Rock Creek bridge and the east city limits Friday, weather permitting. The company said that if weather forecasts prove to be accurate, its crews will finish work on Parking Lot B, east of Walnut and between Second and Third streets downtown, the week after Thanksgiving. Killough said that the project will require that the parking lot be vacant during certain periods. The company said it will make every effort to provide advanced warning so downtown residents and businesses can plan to use other nearby parking lots.
