OTTAWA — Franklin County continues to expand the number of services it will offer on-line. Commissioners voted Monday to buy a computer program that will allow real estate agents, title companies and attorneys to go on-line and download county appraisal and mortgage information. County administrator lisa johnson says the $250 subscription fee will pay for both the county and subscribers. A whole package of appraisal and mapping services, most of them free for the public, goes on-line Jan. 1.
