RICHMOND — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received reports of two automotive-related thefts in Richmond Monday. Douglass Penka of Garnett reported his 1986 GMC truck was stolen from the 100 block of U.S. 59. The truck was red and black and had a black hood. The rear fenders were cut above the rear tires. The loss was estimated at about $1,000. Daniel Platt of Rrichmond reported four wheels were stolen from the 300 block of North Kallock. The loss was estimated at about $400.
