OTTAWA–The icy conditions that descended late Wednesday caused numerous traffic accidents. A Franklin County Sheriff’s report says at least 9 wrecks in various parts of the county were caused by vehicles hitting black ice, causing the drivers to lose control. No serious injuries were reported in any of the accidents.
