OTTAWA — The county’s eye in the sky isn’t so fly. Commissioners are expected to approve a plan Wednesday to replace the security camera systems at the courthouse, district court and the county annex. County administrator lisa johnson said the camera system in the annex is so old that pictures can’t be downloaded from it and when it failed, it was impossible to get parts. The camera system in the district court is obsolete – and Johnson said she’s not sure that the system wasn’t obsolete when it was installed. Replacing the systems would cost about $25,000.
