WELLSVILLE–A single-family dwelling caught fire this morning just after 5am in Wellsville. A woman was living at the 627 Walnut St. house but was outside when firefighters arrived at the scene. Firefighter Shane Pruitt said that a lamp started the fire. He also said that there was minimal smoke damage to the house but did not know the estimated cost. The woman will be helped by family members.
