LARNED — A state-wide manhunt is under way for an escapee from the sexual predator treatment program at Larned State Hospital. Authorities say Bruce Franklin Burns escaped Wednesday afternoon and should be considered potentially dangerous. They described Burns a male of American Indian descent with brown eyes and long brown hair. He is five foot ten inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has tattoos on various parts of his body.
