LAWRENCE– A website has declared the city of Lawrence one of the best college towns. The Parents and Colleges website ranked Lawrence at number 10. Similarly, MSNBC ranked the town at Number 9 of its favorite college towns earlier this year. Parents and Colleges chose Lawrence because of Mass Street, outdoor recreations, and bike-friendly capabilities. The number one college town for the website is Austin, Texas, home of the University of Texas.
