OTTAWA–There was a small power outage last night that affected 230 Kansas City Power and Light customers. According to Director of Communications Katie McDonald, the outage occurred about 8:15 last night and power was restored about 11:15. The area affected was East Ottawa, near the K-68/I-35 Intersection. McDonald did not say what caused the outage.
