OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commission called for a do-over Monday. Although they had already approved it, commissioners will have to have another public hearing for a 10-year property tax break for the new Hasty Awards facility in the Davis Road Industrial Park. The state raised some technical objections to the original resolution offering the tax break and the city decided to do another resolution, city manager Richard Nienstedt said. The new hearing will be at the city’s Jan. 19 meeting.
