Kansas City, KS–Yesterday was National Amber Alert Awareness Day. To honor the event, the state of Kansas has launched an Amber Alert Facebook page. If Facebook users decide to “Like” the page, Amber Alerts will be featured in the “News Feed” section. Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt encourages everyone to sign up.
